By navigating the www.bazarjodi.pt website, its subdomains, and sub-websites, or purchasing any product on these platforms, you agree to the terms and conditions stated herein.
Online sales are valid and applicable exclusively to mainland Portugal, the Azores, and Madeira.
The fact that the customer may not have received these terms and conditions in their native language does not exclude their application.

BJD - Bazar JoDi reserves the right to unilaterally modify, at any time and without prior notice, the website's layout, content, services, and terms of use to improve the website and enhance the services offered to users.
Items and Prices
BJD - Bazar JoDi provides detailed information on the essential characteristics of its items through technical descriptions provided by suppliers and photographs illustrating the marketed items, adhering strictly to the highest market standards.
Prices listed on www.bazarjodi.pt and its subdomains are shown in euros, including VAT at the applicable rate.
Where applicable, EcoTax + EcoREEE charges as per DL No. 62/2001 and DL No. 230/2004, and private copying compensation under Law No. 62/98, as amended by Law No. 49/2015, are included in the advertised prices.
BJD - Bazar JoDi reserves the right to change prices at any time but commits to applying the rates and prices in effect at the time of order placement.
The company is not directly or indirectly responsible for any information, content, statements, or expressions contained in product descriptions on the website www.bazarjodi.pt. The responsibility for product descriptions lies with the editors, manufacturers, and distributors of the respective items.
In the event of a computational, manual, technical, or any other error that leads to an unexpected and significant price alteration (e.g., an exorbitant or obviously erroneous price), the order will be deemed invalid and canceled.
Prices and products available on www.bazarjodi.pt are only valid for purchase orders placed through the website unless explicitly stated otherwise in online promotions or campaigns.
Orders
To place an order, you must visit www.bazarjodi.pt, register as a user, and complete the electronic form following the step-by-step instructions.
Once registered, users can proceed to purchase their chosen product(s).
Users must specify whether they wish to pick up the products at a collection point or have them shipped via courier.
Payments
BJD - Bazar JoDi offers various payment methods, which are detailed on the www.bazarjodi.pt website.
Goods will only be delivered after payment has been confirmed and/or as per the terms agreed upon in the invoice.
Payments require validation before the respective products are delivered.
Shipping and Delivery
The costs of delivery services are the responsibility of the user and will be added to the total value of selected items.
Users will be informed of these charges before confirming their order and completing the purchase process.
After completing the purchase process, the delivery of products depends on their availability.
- Orders placed on weekends or national holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Orders shipped via courier will be dispatched Monday through Friday (mainland Portugal and islands).
- Orders sent via CTT to mainland Portugal will be delivered within 5 business days after shipping, unless stock shortages occur.
Once dispatched, you will receive an email with the CTT tracking number, allowing you to track your order's progress directly on the courier's website (available from 9 PM on the shipping day).
All courier-delivered orders will include an invoice attached to the exterior of the package.
Important Notes Regarding Delivery:
- If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a notice, and you will have 3 additional days to collect your package from the indicated CTT branch.
- Upon delivery, customers must verify the number of packages and confirm that the external packaging is in good condition before signing the delivery note.
- If visible external damage is detected, customers should refuse the delivery and immediately contact BJD - Bazar JoDi using one of the available contact methods.
